Quick answer: The Jazz codes you will use most are *111# (balance), *99# (your number), *444# (packages and self-service), *7050# (last 3 days usage) and *6611# (manage subscriptions). For help, call 111 from a prepaid Jazz SIM. The full list, checked against Jazz’s official dial code page, is below.
This page is the index of every Jazz code we cover. Each code is marked with where it comes from: Jazz’s own website, or other sites when Jazz does not publish it. Codes that subscribe you to a package are kept on the package pages, so nothing here buys a bundle by accident.

Jazz PUK code
If you enter the wrong SIM PIN three times, the phone asks for a PUK code. The PUK is printed on the plastic card the SIM came in. If you no longer have it, call 111 from another Jazz number or the Jazz landline number, and the agent can usually help once you verify that the SIM is registered on your CNIC. Do not guess: too many wrong PUK attempts lock the SIM permanently, and then you need a replacement SIM from a franchise (Jazz lists Rs 550).
